- Once an order has been placed on StarBottles.in, it cannot be cancelled.
- However, if you wish to cancel, you must send a written request within 24 hours of placing the order by:

Returns & Refunds
- Goods once sold by StarBottles.in are not returnable or refundable, except in the following cases:
- Manufacturing Defect in the Product
- Wrong Product Supplied
- In case of the above situations, we will provide a replacement product at no extra cost.
- Customers must notify us within 7 days of delivery with clear details and supporting evidence (e.g., photos).
Important Notes
- Replacement will only be initiated after verification by our quality team.
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by the purchase invoice for replacement eligibility.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed through the original payment method and may take 7–10 business days.
